7. The payment for the goods is in accordance with Article 93, paragraph 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts (LOAC), for which the relevant document is received.

Complaints

The Consumer Protection Act entitles the consumer to withdraw from the ordered products within 7 working days of receipt, without paying a penalty, provided that the integrity of the packaging is not violated and the good commercial appearance of the goods is preserved, subject to the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA.

If the consumer decides to return the goods without a clear reason, the courier service for transport to us will be at his expense. All consumer rights cited in the CPA also apply in the zalepi.eu online store.
